Living in the city is sometimes very convenient and lets face it, I have to be close to people in this kind of job, and I love it. But having grown up on 60 acres on the outskirts of Brisbane where our closest neighbour was 15 mins away on the BMX, I sure do miss the open space, the long grass, the smell of cow manure, & swimming in the creek.
All I had to do was look out my kitchen window in the middle of suburbia about 912 times and I realised that my view is pretty amazing.
